Community Guest Practice Player Request Form

From time to time Whitehorse Minor Hockey receives requests for players from out of town to attend practices in their designated division in Whitehorse. Players who are registered with their home association may apply to attend a practice in Whitehorse by filing this form.

ie) if you live in Dawson City and wish to attend a practice in Whitehorse, you MUST be registered with Dawson City Minor Hockey prior to considering this request.

FOR HOUSE LEAGUE PLAYERS ONLY -This form is to be completed at least one week in advance of a player requesting to attend a practice in Whitehorse. Once filed you will hear back from the division manager as to what dates, times and teams will work for each specific visit. There will be a $25 fee to cover admin and ice costs per ice time. Once form has been submitted, SEND PAYMENT TO THE OFFICE office@whitehorseminorhockey.ca 

FOR MUSTANGS AND YUKON FEMALE HOCKEY CLUB ATHLETES- you will have already organized your attendance and paid your fees thru Whitehorse Minor Hockey Office and the team coaches/managers should be informed on your schedule. Please ensure you are communicating when you're available to attend etc.

All practice schedules are found online at whitehorseminorhockey.ca  

The above opportunity is currently available for practice skates only HOWEVER those wishing to attend games please complete the form and follow up with the correct division manager.
