All Mustangs, Female Dev and U11 Jr. Mustangs also need to complete and submit this form ASAP (at least 3 weeks before tournament)

Right after you are accepted into a tournament please complete this form

When you get them back.. send above completed forms to the Office and cc Stacey

TAP FUNDING

Travelling hockey teams applying for the Lotteries Yukon Travel Assistance Program (TAP) must send applications to Hockey Yukon, as sport governing body for submission.

Please submit TAP application, event details and contact info to

administrator@hockeyyukon.ca at least 2 weeks prior to travel. LY needs to receive applications at least 10 days prior to travel. If there are any edits, questions or issues at all we need time to clear them before the 10-day mark.
