TO: Members of The Whitehorse Minor Hockey Association
On Tuesday February 11th at 6PM a Special General Meeting will be held at the Grey Mountain Room Mount Mcyntyre, 200-1 Sumanik Drive, Whitehorse, Yukon
The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to vote to replace our 2002 Constitution & Bylaws with an updated 2019 version, as presented below.
The document below has been reviewed by societies and WMHAs legal counsel - a special resolution must be made.
We invite members of Whitehorse Minor Hockey to review the documents below.
