A Note from Coach Johnstone
I am entering my 10th year of coaching experience; I am certified with credentials obtained in Yukon. I was born and raised in Yukon, now I have two children Jase,Sohaani and my wife Rajan and reside here in Whitehorse.
Through my post secondary education and hockey experience under the coaching of Mike Babcock now head coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Billy Moores now director of player development for the Edmonton Oilers, I feel I have extensive knowledge and can relay my experience on to younger athletes.
I am looking forward to the challenge of coaching the u-13 peewees, and continuing my success and development as a coach. I feel I can help the young athletes become better individuals and reach their goals through positive teaching and motivation.
