I am excited to share that the Kruger Big Assist is back for its sixth season, and your association has the opportunity to receive $100,000.
Once again, Kruger Products will award five minor hockey associations across Canada - one per geographical region - with a $25,000 grant to help make the game more accessible and inclusive. Each regional recipient will then be eligible for an additional $75,000 Grand Prize; meaning your association could receive up to $100,000.
Since its launch, the Kruger Big Assist has donated over $1 million to 55+ minor hockey communities nationwide - with 8 being from the Pacific region (British Columbia, and the Territories).
2025 Big Assist recipient, Kimberley Minor Hockey Association, aims to cover registration costs for those in need, introduce a gear buyback program and host a free Indigenous tournament to increase representation.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Click here to nominate your association and view full submission details.
Nominating your association only takes a few minutes and requires either a brief written description or a short video. Association executives, volunteers, coaches, and parents are all encouraged to submit nominations.
There’s no limit to how many nominations your association can submit. Even if your association has submitted in previous years, we encourage you to nominate again — each year is a new opportunity to share your story and be considered for funding.
